RESULT AFTER 2 WEEKS


Kenth has now run our Kickstart program for 2 weeks. The result has not been forthcoming. Starting weight: 102 Waist measurement: 114 cm. After two weeks of Bodyweight training and Periodic Fasting 16/8, Kenth weighs 97.8 and the waist measurement is 108 cm. Kenth is quite far below our goal we count on in our program. With his current weight, we expect a weight reduction of approx. 3-5 kg ​​per month. Kenth has had a major weight loss of 4-5 kg ​​in 2 weeks, but we see that week two does not look the same as week one. When working with weight reduction, it is important to understand that the body reacts differently from week to week. Some weeks the weight will almost stay still, while some weeks the weight will have been greatly reduced. We work with permanent weight reduction over time, so it doesn't matter if the weight hasn't been lost for a week, over time the weight will have been lost anyway. The way we work on your weight is not a diet, it's a way of life. So in the long run, we know you will reach your goal weight. Being able to follow Kenth's weight journey is inspiring. Kenth is motivated, which is one of the most important ingredients for successful weight loss. Well done Kenth!
