Power Walking simply means walking a little faster than normal, but is an exercise technique that emphasizes speed and arm movement as a way to increase health benefits.


Just because "walking" is in the name doesn't mean it's any less effective than a jog. There are a number of reasons why power walking might just be the right exercise for you. But above all, you can perform the training basically anywhere and at any time.
