DAY NUMBER 3

Woke up today and felt that the body wanted food, waking up and being hungry felt a bit tough. But I got up and drank 2 large glasses of water, after an hour or so it became a large cup of coffee. I feel that my body has burned a little because I have been more careful with my carbohydrate intake. Cooked my first meal exactly as my program says, at 12:00. I can say that I had to fight a little against hunger today. But thought that today we'll get a little extra and felt good when I won 😊. Gave me two slices of ham as a bonus as a pat on the back for a job well done. Had a protein drink in the afternoon before a trip to the gym, tied the day together with a good dinner of 747 calories, which brought the day's intake to 1358 calories, which I'm happy with. I managed to get to 7865 steps today. Kickstart Team Comment: Well done Kenth! It is completely normal to feel a little hungry before your body adjusts to your new way of life. But it passes quickly. I like your way of looking at it.
