-7 kg IN 3 WEEKS!


So we've made it through week 3. How are we doing? How do we feel? Yes these thoughts hit me sometimes, I'm actually really proud of myself. Maybe a bit unswedish to write it, but what the hell, I'm stretching myself, I'm good! Just choosing to Kickstart Online 8/16 with the 8 hour eating window is really a great way to go. I have continued on my 10,000 steps/day on weekdays and just over 20,000 on the weekend. The fact that I choose less in the weeks is because I then train with my bands or it is training at the gym. The mood has been good and I feel that I have good energy, the food tastes good. I also feel lighter when I'm out and about now, so I've decided to give myself a prize. When I reach one of my intermediate goals at a weight of 95 kilos, I will run one of my walking distances, I think it's quite fun and a decent price for me, I just say "hang on"! How did it go then? My weight today was 95.2, -7 kg from my starting weight in 3 weeks. Totally amazing! My waist measurement is down to 106 cm, - 8 cm! I have to finish by saying that running this program is the first time I feel that I am not "losing weight" in the same way as before. It's always felt like a "Quick fix" but I've relapsed, and I'm certainly not alone. This is really a lifestyle change that I think I'll be able to stick with when it's over. I'm looking forward to getting what the program talks about - Permanent weight loss! Drive hard all Kickstart friends <3
