Our BODYWEIGHT KICKSTART
METHOD   means that we combine our Bodyweight training with Periodic Fasting 16: 8. We have created a method that is designed for a single thing - A permanent weight loss and a more trained body. The health benefits of periodic fasting are a bonus in your weight loss.

The program we run is 6 months. In our FB groups, you get pepper and advice in your training and diet. 3 times a week you will receive an email from us with tips on training and periodic fasting 16/8 with recipes and motivation.
